Quality Assurance

ACI recognizes that quality is not inspected into the product, but rather designed and built into the process. We understand that each person at ACI is responsible for delivering quality. During manufacturing, inspections are carried out to ensure continuous control of quality throughout each step of the process. Before products are shipped, final inspections are performed to ensure that all customer and drawing requirements have been met.

When necessary we maintain first article inspections. In our continuing effort to provide customer satisfaction and quality goods, ACI attained AS9100/ISO 9001 accreditation of our quality management system in May of 2008. In July of 2010, ACI increased the scope of this certification to include both Design and Manufacturing of Composite Structures.
